The aerobiological surveillance for 2018 is concluded. Below, you can find the results of the last spore counts for the 2018 season. We still, however, keep monitoring the aerobiological content of the air. As soon as the first pollen grains appear again in the air, the results will be published.

Good to know

The allerginicity of basidiospores is well known but the allergens in question are to date not yet as well studied as for pollen and other fungal spores. However, when concentrations are high, they can trigger symptoms of respiratory allergy (rhinitis, asthma) in sensitized persons.

The pollen season is offcially over until January 2019 for the return of the first pollen grains.
